About Us,

Cookie's Heart was created to honor the legacy of Glencie Quarion "Cookie" Metz who departed this earth at the precious age of 19 to TBI, following a car accident. Cookie’s Heart is a scholarship fund created in Glencie’s honor. The idea came from a conversation between Cookie's mom and dad Quina and Glen.  Glencie was a debutante in June of 2016 and was scheduled to crown the next debutante who would make her debut the following year, God gave Quina a vision to award the young lady with a scholarship in Glencie’s honor.
